The 10 Day Costa Rican festival is a combination of art and music, activities and much more will encompass San Jose, Costa Rica’s capital and its greater metropolitan area.  It is expected to attract over 2000 artists from over 28 countries. The festival has grown over the years and according to Costa Rica’s Culture Minister, this year’s event will not disappoint, commenting that it will be one of the most important events in the festival’s history.

Enviroment Will Participate In Festival

The enviroment will also be represented in this year’s festival. There will be a 2 meter long fish tank including many seen in the movie, Finding Nemo. There will also be a gardening section with workshops and of course, no event would be complete without a butterfly farm.

The FIA is an opportunity for tourists and locals to celebrate all that is great about Costa Rica. With a combination of music, culture, art and the enviroment, the event has something for everyone. Whether you want to take in some fantastic music from international artists, or learn how a bonsai tree is formed, this event will have something for everyone.
