Pamela Anderson Eats Potato Chips?

According to recent reports, Ms. Pamela Anderson has been spotted in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica. What is this beach babe doing in Costa Rica? Well enjoying the beautiful beach naturally. Yes and no. This Canadian beauty is in Costa Rica shooting a potato chip commercial for a Turkish company!

Yes its true, the Baywatch beauty was re-enacting her beach glory days but instead of sporting her beautiful red bathing suit, the beauty was sporting a bag of potato chips and filming a commercial for the Turkish brand. 

Anderson who is actively involved with PETA took time out of her holiday schedule to film a commercial on the beaches of the beautiful Guanacaste region of Costa Rica. The whole idea seems a bit strange as it doesn’t look like Ms. Anderson even eats potato chips…. her figure still looks great even after all these years. As someone who has built her career on her sexuality and flattering figure somehow potato chips don’t seem to fall into the mix.

According to the media, Anderson stayed at the Punta Islita hotel in Guanacaste and shot the commercial at a nearby beach. The premise of the commercial was a revival of the actress’s role of her Baywatch character. Called to rescue someone who is pretending to drown in the water, the lifeguard skills kick in and Ms. Anderson saves the victim, only to find several other waiting in the water to be rescued.

Now what does all of this have to do with potato chips. Most of us will never know as we don’t live in Turkey where the commercial will air. We will just have to wait until someone posts the commercial on YouTube. Until then most of us will be scratching our heads and trying to figure it out or not.

The Guanacaste region of Costa Rica is famous for its beaches and is an ideal spot to shoot a commercial. Clearly the Turkish potato chip company thought the same thing. The only question remains is what does a beautiful beach, a beautiful woman have to do with potato chips. Pura Vida in Costa Rica, that’s what it’s all about!
