Become a Costa Rica Artist with Balloons Medium

On September 25, 2011, there will be held a Baloon Decorating course with intricate techniques and trends as taught by professors at the Catholic University National. Although this is a basic course, over 5 lessons, some of the nicest samples of balloon art cam be made that will undoubtedly make any child, young and young at heart happy.

Schedule: Saturdays from 09:00 am to 12:00 p.m., Saturdays from 1:30 pm TO 4:30 pm
